V. Alteration of the statues and liquidation of the AG

§ 26

1. An alteration or an appendix of the statues can be taken, if the requests concerning this are introduced to the Executive Committee three months before the next ordinary General Assembly at the latest and if these are then presented to the members at the announcement of the General Assembly.

2. A request for an alteration or appendix of the statues is valid with a two-thirds majority of the attendant members.

3. Alterations at the instigation of the register court or the fiscal authority are taken by a unanimous resolution of the Executive Committee, which can also be made by circulation procedure.

§ 27

1. The liquidation of the AG can be carried out, only if it is decided by three fourths of the General Assembly particularly summoned for this purpose and if at least two thirds of all members agree with it.

2. In this case, also the votes are valid that were handed in to the Executive Committee in written form.

3. In the case of the liquidation of the AG, the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG; domicile: Bad Godesberg) recieves the remaining capital.
